Registration for this event will open at the end of April
The cost to attend is $500 early/ $600 late (after Friday, June 12, 2026) for Secretaries of State, State Government Staff, ACR Members, NPA State Government Members, NASS Corporate Affiliates and Federal Government Staff. The cost for Non-Profit Organizations to attend is $750 per person early/ $850 late (proof of valid non-profit status is required). The cost for Corporate Non-Members to attend is $1400 per person early/ $1500 late. Registration for this event will close on Thursday, July 2, 2026, or when registration capacity is fulfilled. On-site registration WILL NOT be available for this event. All event attendees are subject to the event anti-harassment policy and conference waiver of liability. There is no virtual option to attend.

Please make your hotel reservations immediately. The NASS room rate as well as the cut-off date vary by property. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel/travel arrangements. Exhibitors:
Exhibit space is only available for current for current NASS Corporate Affiliates and conference sponsors. Exhibit space will be centrally located at the Monument, providing continuous conference traffic adjacent to the meeting space. NASS will provide a 8' table with tablecloth and two chairs. Registration for exhibit space will be available to NASS Corporate Affiliates and conference sponsor through the online registration system. Space is limited to 30 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Exhibit space for this event is likely to sell-out. The exhibit layout will be distributed after Friday, June 12, 2026. The cost to exhibit for Silver-level Corporate Affiliates and sponsors (Rose Quartz and Fairburn Agate levels) is $500.
