A late registration fee of $100 per person will be added after Thursday, May 30, 2019. Online registration ends on Monday, June 24, 2019. Cancellations received by 5 PM EDT on Friday, June 21, 2019 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee (processing fee only applies to payments made originally with a credit card). Cancellations received after June 21, 2019 and No-Shows will NOT receive refunds.

Family Activities:

When you register as Guest/Spouse or Child (ages 3-18) you will have the option to sign-up for the following family activities.

Monday, July 1st from 9AM - 3PM: Bandelier National Monument

Over 70 miles of trail within the boundaries. Hike along the archeological sites, watch for wildlife and take in the fresh air.  It will be well worth taking the day trip, and lunch will be provided.


Tuesday, July 2nd from 10AM - 1PM: Santa Fe School of Cooking

The Santa Fe School of Cooking is a regional, recreational cooking school specializing in foods of the Southwest for almost 30 years.  Join us for this hands-on cooking class followed by eating the meal you prepared.

The NASS rate at the Eldorado is $123 per night, plus 15.31% tax and $25 service fee. Rate is guaranteed through Thursday, May 30, 2019 or until the room block sells out. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel/travel arrangements. Transportation:

The Eldorado and Hilton are approx. 12 miles from Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF). The Santa Fe airport is a small airport with American and United flights daily. Click here for more information on ground transportation from Santa Fe airport.

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is approx. 60 miles (1 hour) from Santa Fe, but it is a larger airport and therefore it will have more flights daily from different carriers. Click here for more information on ground transportation from Albuquerque airport.  Sandia Shuttle offers service from ABQ to Santa Fe daily for $33 per person plus tax each way.

Parking at the Hilton is $5/daily. Parking at the Eldorado is included in the room rate. Please arrange your own ground transportation.

Exhibitors:

Exhibit tables will be located at the Eldorado Hotel in the Eldorado & Zia Foyers, providing continuous conference raffic adjacent to the meeting space. NASS will provide 6' table with tablecloth and two chairs. Space is limited to 25 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after May 30, 2019. Exhibit space is limited and will SELL-OUT. The option to exhibit will only be offered to corporate affiliates and conference sponsors. The cost to exhibit for Silver level corporate affiliates and sponsors (Rio Grande, Pinon and Bienvenido) is $500.
