Secretaries of State Promote Flag Etiquette as Part of Flag Day 2011

State Officials Encourage Proper Handling and Display of U.S. Flag

Washington, DC - Need some help in setting up your tribute to the Stars and Stripes?  Secretaries of State across the U.S. are promoting flag etiquette as part of Flag Day 2011, the national observation of the adoption of the American flag.
