NASS Business Identity Theft Task Force


First formed in 2011 and re-constituted in March 2016, the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Business Identity Theft Task Force is a bipartisan initiative aimed at combating the spread of business impersonation and other forms of ID-related fraud through the development of practical, cost-effective tools and guidance for states.
