Registration Opens in April!

All NASS members and staff are invited to attend, including corporate affiliates, sponsors and representatives of private-sector companies. 

Representatives from the federal government, state agencies, associations, advocacy organizations, educational institutions, media outlets and non-profits with interest in state government issues relevant to Secretaries of State are also encouraged to take part. Early registration rates end on Friday, June 9, 2017. Online registration for this event will close on Monday, July 3, 2017.

The NASS group rate at the Westin Indianapolis is $132 per night plus 17% state and local tax. Please book early to secure your room reservation for the meeting. Rooms will sell out for this event. You must make reservations by June 16, 2017 to receive the NASS discount rate. 

Any cancellations, no-shows or early departures without 48-hours advanced notice will result in the forfeiture of one night deposit.


The Westin Indianapolis is approx. 13 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). A taxi ride to/from the airport is approximately $35 one way.  Self/Valet parking at the hotel is $40-$45 per day. Valet parking includes in/out privileges. Please arrange your own ground transportation.


Please sign-up to exhibit when you register online. The cost to exhibit is $500 for NASS Corporate Affiliates and $1000 for Corporate Non-Members (registration fees do not include electricity). Exhibit tables will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer at the Westin Indianapolis. This area will provide continuous conference traffic and is adjacent to the meeting space. NASS will provide 6' table with tablecloth (no skirting) and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned after June 9, 2017. Space is limited to 20 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE: NASS will have a wireless Internet code available to all conference attendees for use in the meeting space.
